• Led the design and Codex-assisted build of an embedded crypto checkout, connecting asset and network selection, rate locking, deposit detection, conversion and exception states within partner apps.
• Built Helium 2.0 in Figma, React and Storybook with shared tokens, component specifications and design QA across mobile, web, and light and dark themes.
• Built product and investor-facing prototypes that supported Tether investment and Visa accelerator participation. Customer prototypes for TON helped the team obtain Telegram funding for its integration.
• Designed developer and partner workflows for SDKs, API keys, testing, webhooks, KYB, reconciliation and settlement, using AI-assisted prototyping and development.

Designed onboarding, lending, payments and growth experiences across markets, while strengthening design systems and delivery practices across four countries.

• Redesigned onboarding with OTP-based pre-fill to simplify customer data entry.
• Migrated payments, onboarding, lending and dashboard experiences in Kenya, India and Nigeria into the Neem Design System.
• Improved Figma organisation, versioning and engineering handoff, and built reusable AI workflows for illustration, UX writing and prototyping with brand, market and component rules and human review.

Led design and delivery across business and consumer banking, spanning product strategy, research, app releases, web design systems and cross-functional coordination.

• Led Carbon Business from concept to go-to-market, coordinating a five-person team and designing KYB and disbursement journeys. The product reached $500K CAD in disbursements within nine months.
• Redesigned the iOS and Android home experience with design colleagues through research, usability testing, prototyping and engineering handoff.
• Created a beta-testing community of 120+ participants to validate releases and uncover issues, helping reduce external research costs by 25%.
• Established web design-system foundations and clearer handoff and versioning practices for designers, developers and scrum masters.

Designed enterprise HR automation and internal tools, alongside customer-facing mobile banking, ATM and physical banking kiosk experiences.

• Designed connected HR workflows for HCMConnect, a platform serving 10,000+ employees, from discovery and prototypes to testing and engineering handoff.
• The platform improved HR efficiency by 30%. The wider move to in-house automation contributed approximately $960K in annual enterprise licence savings.
• Used research, prototyping, usability testing and component documentation to simplify employee-service and consumer banking experiences.

Designed supplier, logistics and driver experiences across web and mobile, connecting ordering and inventory with fulfilment and delivery. Research and prototype testing shaped stock management, trip coordination, pickups and drop-offs.
